A modern steel slotted wood screw manufactured from bright ‘mild steel’, with a matt grey appearance, which is the common characteristic of a steel slotted wood screw.
These are ‘finishing screws’, suitable for a wide range of restoration, domestic & commercial projects alike.
Our ‘Factory Best’ wood screws are manufactured from bright mild steel which is an untreated metal and therefore can occasionally display signs of very light surface rust and patina, therefore all stock is photographed to assist you in purchasing the correct product to meet your requirements.
As with all slotted wood screws, for best results Screwsline recommends pre-drilling an appropriate pilot hole (both soft & hardwood) prior to application.
